Uniform Requirements
We believe having a uniform to wear not only levels the playing field for our scouts but also gives them a place to display their achievements!
Your scout will need a "Field uniform" to wear to most Pack and Den events. In Pack 271, we request your scout wear at least the uniform shirt, hat, neckerchief, neckerchief slide, belt, and have a book for your scout's current rank (grade level). These items can be purchased online through the National Scout Shop, or at our local Scout Shop (details listed below). The Scouter at the shop will help with the patches that you need. Just tell them your scout's age and that you are with Pack 271. They will even sew your patches on for you for a nominal fee!
