School Night for Scouting - 2023
We are meeting on August 24th, 2023 at Daphne Elementary School in the cafeteria at 6 PM.
Meeting Follow-Up Information
If attending the meeting isn't possible for you; you can register year-round, 24/7/365, so your scout doesn't miss out on any of the fun coming up with Pack 271!

Annual BSA Registration Fee
This funds the National and Council levels of the organization and revolves around your membership date.
The National and Council membership renewal fees are invoiced automatically before your anniversary date.
If finances pose a challenge to your family participating in scouting, there are opportunities to help alleviate the cost of joining and participating. We have two available scholarships ("Camperships") available to Baldwin County scouts. These can help pay for the national registration fees along with locally hosted events by our Council and District. You can find the forms on the Mobile Area Council's event page on their website: https://www.bsamac.org/events
If you are requesting a campership, please download the applications and send them to our Cubmaster along with a brief explanation of the hardship your family is facing to require the campership. Do not hesitate to ask for help if you need it!

Pack and Den Costs
Our pack pays for the majority of our regular group expenses by fundraising with popcorn sales. We will discuss this in more detail at our first Pack Meeting on September 10th, 2023. More details will be sent out via our online membership website: https://scoutbook.scouting.org which you will gain access to after registering.
